how leaf works

# Cleaning power, minus the water.

Most cleaning products are up to 90% water, shipped in plastic. Leaf presses the actives into a paper-thin, pre-dosed sheet — same clean, a fraction of the weight, none of the bottle.

From sheet to spotless

## Four steps. No measuring, no mess, no bottles.

![Leaf How It Works 11](https://leafhygiene.com/hubfs/How%20it%20works/Leaf%20How%20It%20Works%2011.png)

01

### It starts as a sheet

Ultra-concentrated detergent pressed into a paper-thin, pre-dosed sheet. No water, no plastic bottle, no measuring.

![Leaf Images](https://leafhygiene.com/hubfs/Leaf%20Images.png)

02

### It dissolves in seconds

Drop it in the drum, sink or bucket. Hot or cold, hard or soft water — it disappears completely, no residue.

03

### It cleans at a commercial grade

The same active ingredients as the formats you use now — minus the 90% that was water and packaging.

### You restock without the bulk

A month of washes fits in an envelope. Less freight, less storage, less handling for your team.

## Frequently asked questions

Do sheets actually clean as well as liquid or powder?+

Yes. The sheets carry the same active ingredients as conventional formats — we've only removed the water and filler. They're formulated to commercial standards and tested in working operations before launch.

Will it dissolve in hard water?+

Yes. Sheets dissolve fully in seconds, hot or cold, hard or soft — no residue on fabrics, dishes or surfaces, and no undissolved lumps in the

How will my staff know how much to use?+

They don't need to measure anything — that's the point. One sheet is one dose. No dosing balls, no spills, no overuse, and consistent results regardless of who's on shift.

Do we need any new equipment?+

No. Sheets work with the machines, sinks and spray bottles you already have. For surface cleaning, you refill an existing bottle with tap water and drop a sheet in.

What's in the sheets - and what's not?+

Concentrated cleaning actives, pressed into a dissolvable sheet. No microplastics, no chlorine bleach, no unnecessary fillers. Full ingredient and safety data sheets are available for every product.

How much space and weight do we actually save?+

Cleaning products are typically up to 90% water. Removing it means a month of washes fits in an envelope — expect a fraction of the freight, storage and handling of liquids, powders or pods.

How is it packaged+

Slim, plastic-free cardboard packs that stack flat on a shelf. No drums, no jerry cans, nothing to send back or landfill.

Can we try before committing?+

Yes — request a sample and test it in your own operation first. We'd rather you judge it in your machines than take our word for it. Just email us at info@washwithleaf.com and we'll send you a sample.
